Lisa looked at howie with concern written in her eyes and thought to
herself
" great he found out about my feelings for him and he is going to
reject me
" Lisa looked at howie and said " ok howie what is the question"? howie
smiled at Lisa and said " ok here it goes who are you trying to protect
by
dating Jim you know you don’t have protect anyone other then yourself”
Lisa
looked at howie with a shocked look on her face and then composed
herself."
howie what are you talking about I am not trying to protect anyone who
told
you such a thing howie I mean I am not like that” she said looking away
from
howie fighting tears he knows I am protecting someone she thought thank
god
he doesn’t know its him. howie sighed and said " Lisa please we are
friends
I just want to know what is going on please tell me and see nick seems
to
think that you have a thing for me isn’t that funny" howie said looking
at
Lisa. Lisa sniffled a sob and sighed, " yeah that’s funny howie " she
said
still looking at the wall tears burning her cheek now she knew she
couldnt
tell him he would laugh in her face. howie looked at Lisa and seen
tears
coming down her cheek." hey why are you crying Lisa come on please
don’t
cry" he said wiping away the tears. " I’m sorry howie I guess I am just
tired and well scared about what is going to happen now and I got to
thinking about something. And before you ask no I don’t want to talk
about
it" she said looking away. Howie looked at her unaware that Jim was
watching
through the window " he better stay away from her or ill make him wish
he
had" Jim thought to himself. " Hey what are you doing here Jim your
suppose
to be in your room not looking at Lisa" nick said walking up with a
teddy
bear to give to Lisa hoping it would make her feel better. Jim had to
think
fast " um well I heard that she was here and I wanted to check on her
is
that a problem Mr. carter" Jim asked. Nick bowed up " yes its a problem
more
so when you tried to rape her now stay away from her if me and the guys
have
anything to do with it you wont be around her anymore I mean it Jim
stay
away from her she is going to be going out with my friend howie so just
leave her alone" nick said walking into lisas room and smiled " hey is
the
sleeping beauty awake that who she should have been for halloween
instead of
just a plain old princess" nick said sitting the teddy bear on the
table.
howie looked at nick and smiled then said "yeah she is awake " but then
he
noticed the look in nicks face " hey nick what’s wrong " howie asked.
Nick
shook his head "nothing except Jim was watching Lisa and that isn’t
cool
considering " nick stop in mid sentence when he noticed Lisa tense up
at the
mention of jims name. howie noticed too and then looked at nick and
said "
um nick I think I need a moment alone with Lisa if you don’t mind and
thanks
for the bear " nick smiled and walked out the door. Lisa looked towards
the
wall praying that howie wouldn’t see her crying. " Lisa look at me
please I
need to know the truth or I cant help you and I want to help my
friends"
howie said looking at her. " howie it doesn’t matter ok you will laugh
so
what’s the point just forget it ok I am ok and that’s all that matters"
Lisa
said not looking at howie and then sighed " howie could you just leave
me
alone for a few minuets I need to think I cant really do that with
someone
around me". howie looked at her and then said " no Lisa tell me the
truth I
want to know and how do you know ill laugh I mean the only reason I
laughed
before was because nick said that you... Lisa do you like me" howie
looked
at her and then turned her head gentle to face him then said " Lisa
look at
me and tell me the truth do you like me" Lisa looked down and said " no
no
howie I don’t like you other then a friend no I don’t" howie looked at
her
and said " your lying Lisa I can tell look me in the eye and tell me
that
and ill believe that you don’t like me other then a friend”. Lisa
sighed and
then made herself look at howie and said " I don’t like you other then
a
friend howie" then she looked away " there are you happy now " she
said.
howie sighed and then looked at her getting angry because he knew she
was
lying to him " no Lisa I am not happy because I know it was a lie I
know
something else is going on now tell me please I want to help you but I
cant
unless you tell me" Lisa yelled " there is nothing wrong Howard Jesus
you
think I would get some peace and quite being that I am in a hospital"
Brian
looked at nick and nick looked at Kevin and they all said the same
thing at
the same time " they like each other why cant they see it " who likes
who aj
asked as he walked in hearing the yelling.

brian says oh huh lisa and howie like each other they just cant see it yet which is toob ad cause they would be great together and brian says so alex who was that beautiful girl you were dancing with isnt her name kim

yeah thats her she is a hottie but you know she might not give me a chance because from what i hear jim isnt leting them have boyfriends.so yeah, ummm since when did this happen that d likes her i mean she doesnt seem the type he would date

brian says well evidentally shes somethign to him cause he hasnt stopped crying since shes been in the hospital and those girls dont listen to jim so i dunno i think shes a keeper alex she s alittle shy

yeah i know rok but i mean nevermind i am shutting up and do you think she would go for me i mean yeah we danced and i tried to talk to her but she wouldnt talk. lisa looked at howie and said " just go away jesus i told you the truth i like you as a friend thats it" jim listened to the convation intently and smiled

howie says bullshit i know you like me your sister kim told me everything she told me the reason why your protecting me is so jim cant ruin my reputation well i got news for you he cant so what the hell are you hiding.brian says of course i think she would she told me kev and kristin that she really likes you she wouldnt shut up abotu you

lisa looked at him " no i dont howie jesus just stop please ok just stop it kim doesnt know what she is talking about because i like you yes but as a friend and i am not protecting anything or anyone and jim isnt doing anything he is our manger " lisa said fighting tears. aj smiled as he seen kim and said well ill talk to her later on about it ok right now wouldnt be good." jim walked in and said " hey lisa i am glad to see that you are ok and ill see you tommorrow at the studio" lisa looked at jim and then away and nodded "yeah ok jim ill be there" jim walked over giveing lisa a kiss on the check " you belong to me lisa remember what you promised me " lisa looked yes i remember jim" then she looked at howie.

howie looks at lisa and says fine if thats how you want it and you want to deny your true feelings so be it i was just trying to help and i care about you alot so much when i saw what he tried to do to you i cried but if youw ant to continue to let him controll you then its fine by me ill b ehere when you need me but im gonna go and let you get some rest call me when you get your head out the clouds and stop being so stubborn and howie leaves the hospital room walking towards the exit.brian says no no aj go talk to her enjoy your self everything willb e ok

jim left with a smile on his face. lisa started to let the tears fall freely if only howie knew she thought to herself. " he just dont understand i mean he laughed when he said that nick said that he thought i had a crush on him. so he would laugh in my face and with jim i have to or eles " she said out loud nick heard her cry and what she said he had a tape recorder and went after howie. " d.d.d wait up i have something you should hear this i mean it d lisa let her true feelings out" aj smiled and said ok ill go talk to her so he walked up to kim and said " hey how are you feeling you know lisa will be ok i promise you that"
